The employees at Ashley are very knowledgeable, and helpful. I worked with Janice and she had a very easy going sale style, unlike sales reps at other stores she gave me my space to lay on the mattresses and not hover over me. she was very good at putting all my concerns at ease. I would recommend to anyone shopping at Ashley to ask for Janice by name.
Janice was my salesperson. She was awesome! Low pressure. Very helpful. Very patient. Answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). She spent a lot of time with me picking out the perfect mattress, explaining all the differences, etc. She also worked with me to make sure the sectional I picked out was the right color, size, etc. Overall, she made a somewhat daunting process very easy/smooth. I highly recommend her.
Malay was such a wonderful sales rep! She answered all of our questions! I’ve never met someone so knowledgeable at different types of furniture. She did not hassle us or pressure us into purchasing, she wanted to make sure we absolutely loved it!! We will be back for our next purchase and would love to have her as our sales rep!!
